Art Crush: Oliver Gal

By Blonde Bowhemian - July 08, 2014

First off, I hope everyone had a great July 4th weekend! I know I really enjoyed relaxing up at my lake house with friends. But, back to work we go. While at work, I get to do a lot of online shopping for wine-themed tables, décor, and storage. In my online travels, I often find myself side-tracked by items that I decide I have to have in my apartment/house/shack/whatever when I'm out of college. One idea that I've totally fallen in love with is having a ton of artwork to brighten up dull walls. I came across The Oliver Gal Artist Company's fashion volumes and they are beyond perfect. Oliver Gal is actually a group of artists led by Lola Sánchez and Ana Gal. Inspired by the art scene in Miami and various destinations around the world, the group manages to capture the elegance and surreality of haute couture while making it accessible for all women, even girls like me who may never actually be able to own a real pair of Louboutin's (a girl can dream…). The pieces are a little bit on the pricey side, but they are handcrafted and put on beautiful canvasses. Check out some of my favorites:

Secret Weapon
En Vogue
Love to Travel
Romantica Spring
Marfa 1837
Be Different
